Hello There, I’m Sophie…

I am a woman, just like you. Who has experienced pain, set backs, blocks and limitations. 

I am a woman who in moments, couldn’t see her way forward, didn’t believe it was possible and underneath all of it, didn’t know if she was worthy of having it.

It was through the pain and struggles that I was able to uncover my greatest gifts, wisdom and lessons. 

And now it is my soul’s mission to support women like you to do the same…
